Admission is FREE for the entire two-day CoCoFEST! event this year!
To ensure adequate seating and comfort, we’re strongly encouraging folks to pre-register for the fest online at TandyList.com or by contacting Grant Leighty.
Paid Membership dues are $15 dollars and not required to attend the fest. If you are registering as a vendor, your first table includes one paid membership.

Food
The Glenside Color Computer Club is offering a catered dinner during CoCoFEST! on Saturday, May 14th at 6 PM. The buffet style dinner will be served by Shelby Campbell’s Tavern and Grill. The “list” cost is $35 per person but the Glenside Color Computer Club is subsidizing the dinner so don’t pass up this bargain when you preregister! For members who preregister, the cost will be $20 per person and free for youngsters 12 & under. If you register at the door, the catered dinner will be $20 per person only while spots are available. We expect to run out so make sure you preregister so we have enough food!!

Hotel Booking for CoCoFEST!
To book a room at the Holiday Inn Chicago – Elk Grove, you can book your room online by clicking here.
You must book before the cut off date of Midnight Chicago time, April 29th for the special CoCoFEST! rate of $99 a night plus fees and taxes. The expected total is $111.87 for a king-sized room. To get this rate, you must select any days between and including the 12th and 15th and request the CoCoFEST! group rate.
You may alternatively call the Front Desk to book your room at 847-437-6010 and provide the Group Code of COF or by calling IHG’s Central Reservation Center (877-424-2449), request the group rate for CoCoFEST! or refer to the supplied group code of COF.
For those who have booked rooms, breakfast vouchers can be purchased at the Front Desk for $10 per person, per day, for Shelby Campbell’s Restaurant on site.
The Holiday Inn Chicago – Elk Grove will continue to accept reservations after April 29th but are subject to availability.
Shuttle service is offered by the Holiday Inn Chicago – Elk Grove using their Local Shuttle and Airport Shuttle, with both vehicles having a maximum fourteen (14) passenger capacity. Local Shuttle service only travels within a five (5) mile radius and is on a first come, first serve basis, with trips booked based on availability, with multiple trips if needed. The Airport Shuttle is available for O’Hare International Airport [ORD] ONLY and runs every day between the hours of 5:00am and 12:00am, Midnight, local hotel time. Should either shuttle service not be available at the required time needed or if you are flying in or out of Midway International Airport [MDW], you are responsible for arranging your own transportation which the Hotel can assist in arranging. Contact the hotel for more details and to reserve/verify a spot.
